On a 16 hectare property in the heart of Perche, the gîte is located within a breeding of Friesian, Selle Français and French Saddle Pony horses. The owners will share their passion with you and guide you to discover the many hiking trails departing from the gîte. Everything is done to be as close as possible to nature, to respect it and preserve it. All the lighting is LED as well as the TV, the water in the WC is supplied by the well, the low temperature heating is produced by a water/water heat pump.

Ground floor: entrance, laundry room, spa bathroom, separate WC, living room with kitchen area and lounge (double sofa bed, TV, Blu-ray player, Home cinema, wood stove). Floor: 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160 cm) with separate WC, 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160 cm, 1 BZ bed) with private terrace 27 m², shower room, separate WC. Low temperature underfloor heating included. Carport possible. 8,000 m² wooded and enclosed garden shared with the owners. Children's games (swing, slide, swing and teepee), trampoline, badminton and ping-pong. Rental of 2 electrically assisted bicycles with children's cart, riding lessons and possibility of a picnic basket. Supplement of €25/person/additional night if +4 people (on request).
