Le Clos Henri is a 23 hectare estate with a fish pond surrounded by woods and meadows. You will enjoy a long walk on the property where you may have the chance to observe deer and other wild animals present in numbers. The walkers will push up to the tower of Boitron which offers a climax on the countryside, while passing by the alleys of the charming village of Essay. For motor sports enthusiasts within 4 km: the karting circuit and rally cross, and for water and nature sports: the equestrian center of Montmirel in the national forest and the leisure center of Mêle sur Sarthe in less than 12 km, ideal for families.
Upstairs in the owners' house with independent external staircase: kitchenette reserved for guests (sink, refrigerator and microwave), bedroom (double bed) with separate shower room and wc, bedroom (electric double bed, possibility of extra bed) with separate shower room and wc, family room (double bed and 2 electric single beds) with separate shower room and wc.
