Histoire: Canayère
Description
Ancienne ferme devenue en 1880 une maison forestière. Dans les premiers temps des reboisements du massif de l'Aigoual, les gardes forestiers y logeaient toute l'année, le temps de leur mission. Les ouvriers forestiers, qui travaillaient à la plantation, pouvaient utiliser les dépendances. Par la suite, un seul agent y fut domicilié, mais depuis 1967, plus aucun garde n'y loge en permanence.
