This restaurant is specialised in home-made salmon and foie gras. Our menu is composed of ingredients from the market place (fresh vegetables), fresh fishes and organic cheeses.
Touristic menu (€27): Snail cassolette and sweetbread with vegetables, Lands salad (foie gras, smoked breast of duck, cured ham, gizzards, quail eggs) or scallop charlotte with crayfish tails/ Norwegian skrei cod, cream of pumpkin, veal kidney with vin jaune or stuffed rump steak with cured ham and foie gras/ organic cheeses of “la fromagerie du Lac”/ Chocolate and hazelnut fondant, nougat with fig icing or mandarin gratin and sorbet.
