Christophe's cuisine is based around meat dishes such as andouillette and beef steak with scallops, using products supplied by local producers. Starters and melon-based dishes on offer. Relaxed brasserie-style atmosphere.
Christophe works in a short circuit with the Triperie BOUJU in Champagné-les-Marais for the meat, the La cibulle brewery in Maillé for the beer and in summer with Vendélice in Chaille-les-Marais for the melons.
