Ground floor: living room (TV/DVD player), kitchen, wc, 1 bedroom (1 x 160cm bed). 1st floor: 1 bedroom (3 x 1cm beds), shower room, wc. Communal landscaped grounds of 1200 m² (swing, table tennis). Private area of 100 m² with terrace (garden furniture, barbecue). Swimming pool (10x5m) shared with the owner, with children's paddling pool open from May to September (sunbathing). Access to gîtes via a narrow path. Additional charges: tourist tax, oil-fired heating (underfloor heating on ground floor) based on meter reading (payable on site).
