Ground floor: living room (TV/DVD player), kitchen, wc, bathroom, 2 bedrooms (1 x 160cm bed, 2 x single beds). First floor: mezzanine, 1 bedroom (2 single beds), shower room/wc. Communal landscaped grounds of 1200 m² (swing, table tennis). Private area of 200 m² with terrace (garden furniture, barbecue). Swimming pool (10x5m) shared with the owner, with children's paddling pool, open from May to September (sunbathing). Access to gîtes via a narrow path. Additional charges: tourist tax, oil-fired heating (underfloor heating on ground floor) on meter reading.
