Stonehenge is one of the world's most famous and most mysterious prehistoric sites. This Neolithic marvel, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, consists of dozens of gargantuan stone pillars, weighing some 40 tonnes, positioned in circles; some vertically, some horizontally… But what is the history of Stonehenge? How did the pillars get here? And why?
Some of these questions will be answered during your visit (audio guides are available on-site), but others remain a mystery that you'll have to answer for yourself.
After your visit, your bus will take you on a trip through the Salisbury Plains before returning back to London.
