* The Jewish monuments in Prague are generally shut on Saturdays for the Sabbath

* Audio guides for the bus tour are available in English, German, Spanish, French, Italian and Russian
* WHEN YOU BOOK, YOU WILL BE ASKED TO INDICATE A PROVISIONAL DATE FOR YOUR TRIP, BUT THE PASS WILL ONLY BE ACTIVATED UPON FIRST USE (YOU CAN ACTIVATE IT AT ANY TIME BEFORE DEC. 31 IN THE YEAR OF PURCHASE)
* Upon activation, the pass will remain valid for 30 days
* Each attraction or monument can only be visited once
* The ticket for Prague Castle is valid for 2 consecutive calendar from the day you first use it
* The ticket for the Jewish Museum which gives you access to the Maisel Synagogue, the Spanish Synagogue, the Pinkas Synagogue, the Old Jewish Cemetery, the Klausen Synagogue and the Ceremonial Hall is valid for 7 days after your first entry
Cancellation terms
Cancellations free of charge until 7 days before the activity
No charges will be levied for cancellations made more than 7 days before the date of the activity (excluding special dates). After this, the following charges will be levied:
Between 7 and 4 days prior: 50% of the price
After this time and in case of a no-show: 100% of the price
Any reservation made for special dates cannot be cancelled, modified or refunded.
