A VIP tour is on offer for fanatics which includes a tasting session featuring selected matured whiskies, as well as a souvenir.

* Audio guides are available in French, Spanish, German, Italian, and Mandarin
* Guided tours start every 30 minutes, it is therefore likely that you will have to wait before starting your guided tour
* The VIP tour is not available for children or people that do not wish to try the alcohol
When you make your booking, you must choose between the standard tour or the VIP tour which includes a tasting session featuring matured whiskies and a souvenir (not available for children, the rate will stay the same).
Cancellation terms
Cancellations free of charge until 7 days before the activity
No charges will be levied for cancellations made more than 7 days before the date of the activity. After this, the following charges will be levied:
Between 7 and 4 days prior: 50% of the price
After this time and in case of a no-show: 100% of the price
