COTTAGE "SMALL HERBS» Opening in spring 2015 Creating a cottage with a particular host philosophy around the property to be accessible to all, including people with motor disabilities. Renovated and extended house for 6 to 8 people: • 3 bedrooms (1 on the ground floor bed for 2 people and 2 upstairs with one equipped with a bed 2 people and 1 with a bed 2 people and 2 single beds) • 2 bathrooms (1 on ground floor with ensuite shower room and walk-in 1 upstairs with bath) • 1 indoor pool in the timber frame extension 6m / 3m with swim against the current and spa area in the companionway steps) • 1 kitchen and 1 living room suitable • comfortable overlooking the pool • 1 vaulted cellar converted into a secondary lounge • 1 garden and chicken coop will be available Benefits will be available reservation through a partnership with various professionals: • An esthetician may invest time slots dedicated to comfort care and wellness • A relaxologue / sophrologist can arrange individual sessions or groups as needed directly to the cottage • A psychologist may intervene to individuals or groups of accompaniments at home on particular themes according to the needs or other requests. • A caterer will be available for order or preparing meals on site. • A sports coach will propose a program suitable for individual sessions or groups. Activities are possible around the house such as hiking or fishing with a lake nearby. The cottage is situated 40 minutes from Troyes / 10 minutes from the motorway exit / close to various vineyards. Visits are possible (wine deposit will be available)
