La Boire Bavarde is situated in countryside surrounded by vineyards, windmills, stone dolmens and troglodyte dwellings, It sits high above Blaison Gohier, a charming village overlooking the Loire river. The area has much to offer: paths to explore on foot, by bike or on horseback; golf courses, vineyards to visit, wine cellars for a dégustation (tasting) and to buy a bottle or two; châteaux to be amazed at and a local gastronomy and quality wines to savour.

For those staying for 2 nights or more there is free access to the sauna and spa (1 night supplement / 12 euros) and the swimming pool is open to all guests. Private and secure parking.
