Gîte with a new classification in 2014 in a regional character house fully renovated and situated at 7km from Troyes, 4km from the A5 and 150km from Paris. It is also possible to rent the adjoining gîte "Le Juliette" (nº235) and obtain accommodation for 13 persons.On the ground floor: an equipped kitchen, a sitting room, a dining room, a bedroom with a double bed and a toilet. On the first floor: a sitting room in a mezzanine, two bedrooms with a double bed each, a bedroom with three single beds, a bathroom, a shower room and a toilet. The fuel oil heating is charged as a supplement (5 to 9€/day depending on season). Access to a courtyard and a terrace. Shaded park. Pets accepted with a deposit of 200€ and with prior approval from the owner. There will be a discount if only part of the gîte is used. You will be able to discover the activities surrounding the production of Champagne with the owners who are Champagne producers. Visit to the vineyards, the pressroom and the cellars. You will also be able to share the owner's passion for quads and American cars. The owners' swimming pool is at your disposal at certain times.
