"Au Clos de Marie" is ground level, timber framed detached house that has room for six people. This gîte is idealy situated in peaceful area and boasts a Champenoise architecture in harmony with the landscape and standing in large fenced and tree studded garden, 2 minutes from the "lac d'Orient" and the forests, by the Vélovoie, 15 minutes from Troyes.This gîte is composed of three bedrooms, a kitchen, a sitting room, a dining room, a shower room, a bathroom and two toilets. The bedrooms are equipped with large beds that will be made on you arrival. There is a secure carpark. You will be charged a supplement for the electricity and the firewood. There is the possibility of hiring bicycle. For a short stay during the high season do not hesitate in contacting us or the Gîtes de France. This gîtes has the "Panda" and "Champagne à vélo" label. On site, in the village, you will find all the essential servics such as grocery, bakery, butcher, pharmacy, doctors and nurses.
