Château Lagarette
Description
Olympe and Yvon Minvielle, concerned about health and biodiversity, practice natural biodynamic viticulture and winemaking.
Here, wisdom and ancient "know-how" are safeguarded. Every day, in the vineyard, we observe the life of the soil and accompany the plant and its environment. In the cellar, we listen daily to the work of the wine. In a spirit of research and experimentation, we taste the different vintages and, if necessary, we gently intervene.
