In the heart of La Chalosse, welcome to Ferme D Ca'briolait. A magnificent herd of goats, particularly of the Poitevin breed, is managed in a reasoned way and with passion by Cassandra. These Poitevin goats produce little but their milk is the best and sweetest of goat's milk. Her father, Patrick, transforms this milk daily into an excellent farm cheese made from raw milk, fresh and matured, but also more typical such as "camembique", "reblobique", "biqmolette", tomme... to be discovered absolutely.
