Ferme Récébire
Description
Nestled in the heart of the Béarn mountains, Ferme Récébire, located in Issor, is a small mountain farm. With our 300 Basque-Béarnaise ewes and 40 goats, we make the traditional cheese of our mountains. You can come and taste it on site, or in the summer hut at La Pierre-Saint-Martin. A cheese of quality and taste, with flavors that evolve throughout the year as the goats and ewes graze. Tomme de brebis and tommette de chèvre, petits lactiques and greuil. Fresh meats, aligot de brebis, saucisson de brebis, axoa de veau, brebis et agneau, blanquette d'agneau, boulettes de brebis aux petits légumes.
Regular summer events at the hut.
Sales at the farm from October to June and in the summer pastures from July to September. Sales outlets in Toulouse, Bordeaux and Nantes. Delivery and shipping: information by telephone.
