Intended to accommodate children of fragile health and modest condition, this building was built in 1913 at the instigation of Mrs. Wallerstein. This reception area, located on the beach, also opens onto the pool through a sunny gallery with sun loungers. The architects Charles Duval and Emmanuel Gonse built these buildings. The dining room is decorated with magnificent frescoes by the painter Henri Marret.
It was in 1971 that the Aérium closed its doors, after having welcomed 3000 children.
