Queyran is a country of transition between the Landes forest and the Garonne plain. Founded by Edouard 1st, Villefranche settled there in 1280, on the banks of the Ourbise river. The bastide has a regular plan, with very dense buildings on the main street. A covered market, very old half-timbered houses, the 16th century castle transformed in the 18th century, the church of the village of the 15th century (very modified) and that of Saint-Savin (classified MH), make the interest of this village.
