Village de Saint Laurent
Description
The village is located on the south bank of the Garonne, opposite Port-Sainte-Marie. The village developed throughout the Middle Ages and underwent a great expansion in the 18th and 19th centuries thanks to the arrival of naval carpenters, boat masters and tailors working the hemp produced in the valley. Church (12th and 19th centuries).
