In the beautifully renovated old building or in the shade of the maple trees, the team orchestrated by Brigitte paces the meal with efficiency.
Le Cadet de Gascogne is part of the Tourisme Gourmand des Landes network. Each ambassador to the network meets rigorous specifications, including attention to customer care, promotion of local products and preservation of short supply chains.
