The route follows the slopes of the Issarbe peak with a profile that facilitates energy savings. The view here is magnificent up to the discreet Col de la Taillade (1425m). But the best is yet to come with a 4 km descent of pure happiness. Nothing technical or violent, but gentle curves in front of the backdrop of the verdant Sainte-Engrace valley and the mineral mass of the Pic d’Anie. The path enters a large wooded area on the Col de Susscous. Time to ask the battery for help again and follow the D113 left towards La Pierre St Martin.
