The church, completed in 1889, uses the foundations of the church built in 1771. The ogival vault with its wide arches is lit by 8 windows decorated with stained glass depicting the life of the Virgin Mary.
Several works by Chapu, a sculptor born in Le Mée, form the main part of the high altar, notably the white marble bas-relief "Christ at the tomb visited by the Angels" and the "Virgin and Child". The Henri Didier d'Epinal organ was built in 1900.
