For 600 years, the Pomier Charterhouse was a place of prayer and meditation. During the last century, turned into a hotel-restaurant, it has welcomed many guests. The renovation of the Pomier Charterhouse, at the start of the 21st century, was conceived to maintain this vocation of reflection and welcome thanks to the refurbishment of this historic site.
