Van water naar electriciteit, wat een avontuur ! Het nieuwe scenografische parcours van het EDF Hydrelec museum is gespreid over een oppervlakte van 900 m2 en vertelt de geschiedenis van de elektriciteit. Zij brengt hulde aan de wetenschappers, ingenieurs, techniekers die mee hebben geholpen aan de oprichting van de hydroelektrische centrales en stuwdammen, die voor sommigen onder hen echte erfgoedstukken en kunstwerken geworden zijn. Het EDF Hydrelec museum is gelegen in Oisans, in het hartje van een gebied waar de hydroelectriciteit sterk verankerd is, en bezit het label "Musée de France". Het is rijk aan unieke collectiestukken bestaande uit wetenschappelijke en technische voorwerpen voornamelijk afkomstig van de Arc Alpin uit de XIXste en XXste eeuw. Het museum is lid van de "Route des Savoir-faire de l'Oisans" en organiseert elke woensdag om 15u een begeleid bezoek, enkel op reservatie. Hier kan men gebruik maken van de E-bike service : op eenvoudige aanvraag kunt u uw elektrische fiets opladen (denk eraan om uw oplader mee te nemen).
